API

Static JSON, no key, CORS open. Every verse carries its status; only chapters that are reviewed or final are served.

Files

• /api/index.json — editions, books, chapters and their status.
• /api/wpb-mt/Gen/2.json — a Translation chapter: verses with segments (lemma tags, note markers, divine-name and Aramaic devices, poetry lines), notes, tables, lexicon rows.
• /api/wprb/Gen/2.json — the Reader's edition chapter, each verse derived_from its Translation verse.
• /api/web/Gen/2.json — the World English Bible (public domain), the fallback for chapters not yet published here.

Book codes are OSIS (Gen, Exod, 1Sam, Ps, Matt). Verse ids look like wpb-mt:Gen.2.7.

minStatus is one of draft, reviewed, final. A range is "Gen.2.7-9". Editions: wpb-mt, wprb.

This is the only published copy of the translation. Call the API or link to the page; do not copy verses into another site. Licence: CC BY 4.0, attribution “The Wroot Press Bible, Wroot Press, bible.wrootpress.com”; when you show the World English Bible fallback, say it is the WEB.
